Drivers should be aware of
the danger of using cell phones while driving and the fatal accidents that it uses
causes. Not only should both the State and local legislators embark on the persistence
issue deriving from the use of the cell phone seriously,
but also reflect on the necessity to solidify those laws restricting the use mobile
phone when driving.
